We welcome consumer feedback from all Participants, carers, Bila Community Group employees, and other visitors of our provided services. You are welcome to use an advocacy service or make a complaint anonymously. If you’d like to submit your feedback or complaint online, please click the buttons above to complete the online form.

If you choose to provide your name and contact information, you will receive an acknowledgement from us within 1-business-day. This is provided to let you know we have received your feedback and we will be investigating further. A member of our Feedback and Complaints Committee will keep you updated as we investigate your feedback, and you will be notified of any decisions and corrective actions made within 3-business-days of submitting your feedback.

If you are a Bila Community Group Participant or Employee, you have been provided with further information regarding our Feedback and Complaints Policy at onboarding. You can find this in you Participant Handbook or Employee Handbook.

If you require further support...

If required, participants can be supported to make their complaint or provide feedback and can be provided with information about how to access independent advocacy. Appropriate support and assistance to contact the Commissioner in relation to a complaint will be provided to any person who wishes to make a complaint.

NDIS Participants are encouraged to raise their concerns or complaint with Bila Community Group first, as this is often the best way to have the issue resolved quickly.

As a second instance, a complaint can be made to the NDIS Commission by:

  1. Phoning: 1800 035 544 (free call from landlines) or TTY 133 677 (interpreters can be arranged).
  2. Using the National Relay Service and asking for 1800 035 544.
  3. Completing the Complaint Contact Form: https://forms.business.gov.au/smartforms/servlet/SmartForm.html?formCode=PRD00-OCF
